This occurs because topics must be added to the Topic Header widget instance options before the banner image displays. To display the banner image, add the topic to the Topic Header widget instance options. Prerequisites: You must be in the Employee Center scope Configure the Topic Header widget In the Employee Center portal, go to the topic page where the banner image should appear.Hover over the topic title text and right-select to open the context menu. Note: On Mac, hold the Control key and click.Select Instance Options.In the Select list of topics field, add the topics that should display banner images.Select Save. The topic banner image now displays on the portal.
