Workspace not showing in UI builder list / UI builder shows ' rows removed from this list by security constraints' for admin as well as non admin Description Go to UI builder in 'Vancouver' release as an admin and in UI builder home workpscaes like csm/fsm workspace doesnot appear

Notice, in the list of workspace experience ,the number of rows is set to 100.

Workspaces are missing in the list of experiences and UI builder shows '19 rows removed from this list by security constraints' when the rows per page is set to 100.

if we keep it at 50 or below all the workspaces are visible in the experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to UI builder in 'Vancouver' release as an admin and in the list of workspace experience set the number of rows to 100. 2. refresh the page or go back again through UI builder and open UI Builder homepage https:// .service-now.com/now/builder/ui/home 3. You will see the error message 'rows removed from this list by security constraints' , change the number of rows to 20 and see that the error message goes away and the same user is able to see all workspaces for eg csm/fsm workspace. 4. Now change the number of rows to 100 and see that the error message still doesnot show and you can see all the workspace experiences 5. Hit https:// .service-now.com/now/builder/ui/home again or go back to ui builder from filter navigator and see again the same error message appears (when the number of rows per page is 100) and workspaces are missing from UI builder for the same user
