Inbound Emails configured with IMAP accounts are showing connection issuesIssue The email accounts configured with IMAP accounts for outlook365 servers are showing following error message when doing Test Connection: Connection failed: * BYE Jakarta Mail Exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" The email accounts are configured to use STARTTLS protocol.CauseMicrosoft made some changes at their end which is causing STARTTLS protocol not to work. This can impact all the email accounts that are configured to use IMAP and connecting to outlook.outlook365.com servers.ResolutionPlease perform the following steps: 1 - In the filter navigator, Go to All -> System Mailboxes -> Administration -> Email Accounts 2 - Open the problematic email account record that is failing due to the above error 3 - Make following two changes: - For the "Security Connection", select SSL/TLS from the drop down menu. - Update the port to 993 4 - Go to All -> System Definition -> X509 Certificate 5 - Make sure there are no expired certificates. If there are any, either remove them or de-activate them 6 - Go back to the problematic Email account and under related links click "Test Connection"
