Ans: To discover storage to directly attached to host no separate credential required, it will be discovered along with Windows/Linux server discovery with Windows/Linux Credentials Refer below document for more details; https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-it-operations-management/page/product/discovery/concept/c_Storage.html Pre-requisites: For windows host discovery to happen;- Or port 135 from the MID Server to the Remote Windows host must be open for initial communication AND high ports 49152 - 65535 must be open for the remainder of the communication- Similarly for Linux host discovery Port 22 needs to be opened from MID server to Linux host machine 2) What are the Pre-requisites for storage devices which are not attached directly to host?
