Metric Intelligence - no support for featured metrics for the [cmdb_ci_computer] table CIsIssue ☞ For the CI of the [cmdb_ci_computer] table, under the Insights Explorer:On the right-hand side, filtered with CI, and when we drop Metric, we were able to see data in it. ☞ But In the Agent Workspace Home --> Lists --> CMDB --> PC --> filter for CI.Under the 'Metrics' tab, we do see:No data available.Contact your ServiceNow administrator for more information. Resolution☞ In the agent workspace, we have selected a few metrics to be displayed in the workspace (called featured metrics) and we are supporting featured metrics for CIs of the [cmdb_ci_win_server] and [cmdb_ci_linux_server] table. We do not provide featured metrics for CIs of the [cmdb_ci_computer] table.☞ So, the CI part of the [cmdb_ci_computer] table is not able to see metrics in the workspace, but in the Insights Explorer we can see all the metrics binded to that CI.
