Hop into any Utah Instance2. Navigate to "sys_declarative_action_assignment" table and open "Assign to me" list action. https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/sys_declarative_action_assignment.do?sys_id=c03e641877032010dc2c885d9f5a99013. In the Confirmation settings section, set the confirmation message anything in 2 lines. Example :Are you Sure?Do you want to click submit.4. Now Navigate to any list may be an incident list in workspace. 5. Select all from the incident records list then open the dropdown on edit button, you can see "assign to me" list action. 6. When you click on Assign to me , you can see that the confirmation message is displaying in a Single line instead of two lines. Expected Behavior: The Confirmation pop-up should show the message in two lines.
