In sidebar window, exact match search suggestion doesn't work on click. Description When searched with any ticket number the exact match card displayed as a suggestion in the sidebar panel is not responsive on click.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to any OOTB Utah instance 2. Click on the sidebar icon present on the banner frame in next experience ui 3. Search with any ticket for which there is a discussion existing already. 4. Click on the exact match card displayed in the suggestion.

Expected behavior: It should redirect to the respective page on click Actual behavior: On click there is no action executed.
