Login to any OOTB Utah instance 2. Set your time zone preference to something different from your local machine3. Open any workspace(legacy/configurable)4. Create any new record in a table that has date/time field. ex: change_request5. Click on the scheduled start time calendar picker, observe the current time displayed in picker6.
