This user has been removed in the latest instance upgrade and is related to known problem: PRB1574334 - The user 'sn_ua.downloader' is added to user instancesThe user been added to your instance was a problem. The fix for this problem was to remove this role. As the problem has been fixed, and the role was removed as it was fixed in patch SanDiego Patch 9. This user was to download Usage Analytics data, but it has been adjusted now, so it doesn't need to add this user to the instance again.
