Field: _FIELD_ is a true/false type field2. That means the field will always have a value false or true. 3. When the UI policy is executed, set the field as mandatory but it has the value false, that means there is a value already which is "false". Now, when go to the incident, the value will be set automatically to true when the incident is moved to ResolvedOption #21. Use a choice field instead of true/false field.Note: It not recommended to update a field type when that was already used. You need to create a new field and hide/disable the existing field and set the values for existing recordsOption #32.
