Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Voice over. 2. Go to esc home page. 3. Navigate using tab key to the Favorite/Unfavorite button present for the cards on Recommend for you Section.

Expected behavior There should be proper announcement done by for Favorite/Unfavorite button as the detail of the card and then the button, so that the user will get the details for what the Favorite/Unfavorite button is for. Like "Favorite/Unfavorite button for Automatic Replies (Out Of Office)". Actual behavior The announcement is the 'Favorite/Unfavorite button' for all the cards present on Recommend for you items.
