When the Incidents analysis job is run from Topic Recommendations, the job appears to start but never finishes. The "Check back in about 15 mins" message appears and does not clear. When Advanced settings is opened, the job status remains Preparing to run indefinitely. Steps to reproduce Go to Topic Recommendations, select By Source, and run Incidents analysis.Observe that the message "Check back in about 15 mins and we'll have recommendations on topics the VA can handle." appears.Wait for the job to complete. The job status does not change.Select Advanced settings and verify that the job status shows Preparing to run and does not update.
