Attachment not getting attached to incident when user replies to Notification mail with attachmentsIssue Whenever a user replies over an existing incident notification email with an attachment, that file is not getting attached to the incident. The user received a notification when there was an update on the incident, an replied to the notification with an attachment. The reply email had Type as Reply and 'RE:' in the subject, but that sent attachment was not included in the incident activity stream. In another scenario of Reply, where the caller replies adding an attachment to the same email that created the incident through inbound action, the file gets attached to the target record.CauseThe attachment does not attach because it did not match the inbound email action.
