Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an image and add "$sp-agent-chat-btn-close:" to the default La Jolla. https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-platform-user-interface/page/build/service-portal/task/configure-va-in-sp.html 2. Go to /sp portal, it shows the image in the VA icon on the right bottom. 3. Set the system property "com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover" to true. 4. Go to /sp Portal again.

Expected behavior The icon should show the image uploaded. Actual behavior It shows the default icon.
