MS Teams notification is not received by Group recipientsIssue In order to send notifications to Assignment Groups over MS Teams (besides setting up Caller and Requested for), it is observed that the user part of the group is not receiving the notifications over MS Teams.A single user account, when added under Users or Recipients in fields as well as Additional Recipients, is receiving the notification. However, when a group (Assignment Group under Recipients in fields or static group under Additional Recipients) is added to receive the notification, this is not working.ResolutionThe Caller, Requested for, and Assigned to are the contacts created in Azure AD and synced with MS Teams. They will authenticate in Azure AD and open a session in Teams when they click on the Teams icon, and if they have registered and configured mail addresses in Azure AD and ServiceNow, individual contacts will get notifications. However, there is no concept of groups in MS Teams; instead, we call them channels. When you add authorized users to the channel, they will be notified via the channel when you are using the ServiceNow suggested spoke only.Related LinksServiceNow Teams Integration Notifications Virtual Agent notifications not working (Teams and Portal) In-order to receive group notifications in MS Teams, use Teams Spoke with the integration hub:https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-it-service-management/page/product/site-reliability-ops/concept/alert-notification-ms-teams.htmlhttps://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/send-notification-from-servicenow-to-team-channel-group/m-p/2439606
