Add State is one of "New, In Progress, On Hold" to the List Item Config Condition of the "My Incidents" List Screen./sys_sg_master_item.do?sys_id=f71040b1533a33007bc2ddeeff7b12294. Log in Agent Mobile App as the itil user.5. Open the incident via My Work -> My Incidents.6. The State shows In Progress on the Details Screen.7. Click on the Resolve Button to resolve the incident.Expected behaviorThe State should be Resolved on the Details Screen and Reopen Button should show up.Actual behaviorThe State is still In Progress on the Details Screen and Resolve Button is still there.WorkaroundThis issue is under review.
