Email Digest is not workingIssue Email digest is not working. When the email when to run condition got triggered, the email is being sent to users instead of waiting for the digest interval to complete.CauseThe email digest is not configured properly in notification preferences for the specific user.ResolutionFor Digest to work, please make sure to follow below points. 1. Allow digest check box needs to be checked in the notification. 2. The user in the Who will receive tab will receive the digest after they enable digest in their notification preferences for any notification. 3. Once email digest is working we could see the data in sys_email_digest_part_user table. 4.
