Steps to Reproduce

0. Pin any menu 1. Load any list within unified navigation, e.g. incident_list.do 2. Open the devtools (cmd+alt+i) 3. Open a new tab on the same instance 4. Focus back on the devtools window, go to Application > Storage > Local Storage > press the clear button next to the filter input 5. Don't focus back on the first tab and press cmd+R to refresh the page while it is unfocused

Expected: First tab should show with pinned menu Actual: First tab shows but menu is not pinned and the pinned section is blank

Workaround This issue is has been Fixed.
