Steps To Reproduce: 1. Complete the Risk assessment for any change request. 2. Go to the Change Risk assessment metric category, choose one Question, and change the value of one of the options under the question. 3. Open the completed assessment in step 1 using the "Completed Risk Assessment" related link in the change request. You can observe the empty/blank option or wrong option you initially submitted. So that it would not affect the existing assessment instances and also upcoming assessments will also work smoothly.
