What populates the due date/ Delivery time (Req&ritm) Summary The value of the due date / Delivery Date on catalog items is dependent of the process engine settings:

Workflow:

To configure the due date in the workflow editor check out the workflow and then navigate to the properties. The Schedule tab contains fields we can use to define a due date.
