SAP - The license required is "0" after reconciliation even though there are records on samp_sap_system_user.Issue SAP - The license required is "0" after reconciliation even though there are records on samp_sap_system_user. Given the following: SAP System Users [samp_sap_system_user] exist but Licensable = false (all of them). The software Model is set up fine with the Software Entitlement that has the license metric of "Named User".In the SAP Connection, the SAP Clients are Active = true.Price List [samp_price_list], has the "Named User Types" [samp_named_user_type] value defined and "Is Licensable = true"Recent reconciliation has no errors.Software Model Result is generated. However, in the License Metric Result, the License Required is 0.CauseIn this scenario, all the SAP system users [samp_sap_system_user] belong only to 1 active SAP Client, and the "Environment" is set to "Testing" which is associated with the SAP Connection. This is why all SAP system users [samp_sap_system_user] are ignored in the reconciliation process and marked software model result as compliant.ResolutionThe SAP system users [samp_sap_system_user] that belong to the SAP Client in which the Environment is of "Production" (P) or "Development" (C) are considered ONLY in the reconciliation process. In order to consume SAP system users [samp_sap_system_user], the SAP Client "Environment" needs to be changed to either Production or Development. This is how the Out of the box (OOTB) Software Asset Management Professional (SAMP) SAP reconciliation is designed.
