Can the Microsoft Teams Communication Spoke be implemented without the use of a bot?A user wanted to utilize the Microsoft Teams Communication Spoke (henceforth "MTCS"). However, they had a strict, internal security requirement that did not allow them to utilize bots (covered in the documentation for MTCS, step #17, the user should "Create a bot and configure it as per [their] requirement."). As a result, the user wanted to know if it was possible to implement MTCS if they could not use a bot. Per a conversation with ServiceNow Development via an internal Case Task, the answer is no, it is not possible to implement MTCS without the use of a bot.
