Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade an instance from Utah (or previous) to Vancouver

2. Notice that cmdb_sam_sw_install batch alter is taking long time during the upgrade(around 48 Minutes or more) when there are 50M+ cmdb_sam_sw_install are on the instance.

Workaround This is an expected behavior.

We needed to create a database index to improve performance for some queries.
