Scrollbar is shown on login screen after session timeout in Utah Description A Scrollbar is shown on login screen after session timeout on instances without Polaris/next experience in Utah

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable polaris UI modify the system property - glide.ui.polaris.experience to false 2. Login to Utah instance 3. wait until session timeout

Expected behavior: login screen should be popup without scrollbar

Actual behavior: A horizontal and vertical scrollbar is shown on login screen even when the content fits.
