'Monitoring Technology Dashboard' module should not be available in San Diego release, only to be available in Tokyo and Utah. Hence this is not available in San Diego version.

But in the OOB San Diego version, this Module is available and trying to open the Modules under it, generates an error.

Can we make possibility of "Agent Client Collector" application to check on the availability of the plugin "Platform Analytics Workspace" plugin and then install the 'Monitoring Technology Dashboard' components?

Steps to Reproduce

- Open any San Diego release with 'Agent Client Collector Monitoring' plugin installed - Try opening modules under 'Agent Client Collector' --> 'Monitoring Technology Dashboard'

Workaround Customers has to upgrade to tokyo release to use 'Agent Client Collector' --> 'Monitoring Technology Dashboard' as its not supported in Sandiego and older releases.

The documentation also mentions that ACC-M supports 'Monitoring Technology Dashboard' from Tokyo and future releases.
