Virtual Agent Conversational Analytics Dashboard's User Feedback tab displays feedback value counts as translated values instead of actual valuesDescriptionVirtual Agent Conversational Analytics Dashboard's User Feedback tab displays VA Survey feedback submitted by users based on counts of user selections. Out of box, there are 3 options for user to choose from: Good, Neutral, Bad. So objective for this tab is to display the user feedback Good, Bad, Neutral counts. However, when user selects a non-english language as their session language and submits the survey, the dashboard displays the counts in the translated value of their selection instead of the actual language. As a result, the counts in the dashboard are broken down by language values for each bucket instead of displaying just Good, Neutral, Bad counts. See screenshot example.Steps to Reproduce - Make sure Virtual Agent plugins are installed on instance and configured to be accessible on the portal- Make sure Internationalization plugin is installed with at least 1 non-English language ex.
