Prerequisite: An admin role is required to complete the following steps. 1. Enter sys_properties.LIST in the filter navigator. 2. Search for the property com.glide.hub.flow.approval.history_comment. 3. Set the value to false and save the record. Note: If the property com.glide.hub.flow.approval.history_comment does not appear in the sys_properties list, create a new property with that name and set the value to false.
