In this function, ruleId is set to a default value of -1 here "ruleID = CONSTANTS.DEFAULT_APPTMNT_CONFIG_RULE_ID;" and then calls the Appointment Booking - Reselect widget. So, the ruleId is sent as -1, when the advanced configuration is not enabled.In the server script of Appointment Booking - Reselect widget, the canCancelAppointment input action is called. Here we are getting Reschedule/Cancel (cancel_by_time) for the configuration. If the ruleId is null or empty, we use the service configuration field value, otherwise, we use the value from advanced configuration rules.In the current code, the value when sent as -1 is treated as if there is an advanced config rule and trying to fetch the Reschedule/Cancel (cancel_by_time) for this which is returned as null and so the Reschedule/Cancel (cancel_by_time) is set to 0.The solution provided to this is to handle the case where ruleId is -1, in addition to the null check. This is already handled in the product with PRB1606335.
