PA Diagnostics error for OOB dashboards: 'Dashboard tab does not have a valid page reference' - Known Error

PA Diagnostics error for OOB dashboards: 'Dashboard tab does not have a valid page reference' Description ITOM SU Licensing dashboards produce an error in pa_diagnostic_results for the tab not having a valid page reference. If you view the tabs in question they indeed do not have valid page references.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Utah instance (testing done in - empkbakerrome - which is Utah Patch 1) 2. Navigate to Performance Analytics -> Troubleshooting -> Diagnostic Results 3. Search for 'Dashboard tab does not have a valid page reference' under Diagnostic column. ---> https://empkbakerrome.service-now.com/pa_diagnostic_result_list.do?sysparm_nostack=true&sysparm_query=pa_diagnostic.severity%3Derror%5Epa_diagnostic.message%3DDashboard%20tab%20does%20not%20have%20a%20page%20linked%20to%20it.&sysparm_view= 4. Now, open all the records reflecting under Problem Record column. 5. Then, you will notice Page field as empty.

Workaround Navigate to pa_tabs table. Filter using this query nameINVisibility,Discovery,Health,HLA,Governance,Optimization The tabs do not have a page linked to them and it shows empty. Import the attached XML sys_portal_page.xml. Again filter on table using the query in step 2. The tabs will have pages linked now, go to any entry and Run Diagnostics. Check Result, there won't be any error
