Install Agent Workspace for HR Case Management v2.0 plugin.2. Open any KB article and click on 'Edit' button.3. Notice "Select a category" field available in knowledge form and icon is displayed in it.4. Click on icon, notice nothing happens.5. Repeat above steps in AW plugin v1.1.1, upon clicking on icon popup window will be displayed with categories in it.WorkaroundVariant and App Route for 'Category Picker' is missing for the new Case SRP variant because of which nothing happens on click of 'Select a category' icon. Import the update set attached and apply it, which will add 3 new records : 1. New Screen collection 'Knowledge Category Picker' (sys_ux_screen_type_b6dbf4d9971e6110008674771153afb7). 2. Variant record 'Knowledge Category Picker Modal Default' with event mappings of Case SRP page (sys_ux_screen_74ebf4d9971e6110008674771153aff7). 3. App Route 'Knowledge Category Picker' with Extension point set to 'HR Record page modals' (sys_ux_app_route_0672c2ee43b12110b29b5d945bb8f23d). Alternatively- Issue should get automatically fixed in HR Agent Workspace v2.0.1 (Jun 23 patch)/HR Agent Workspace 2.1 (July 2023).
