Overview tab Incident Summary text in Service Operation Workspace (SOW) cascades over Summary text box Description SOW Incident: Summary field in Overview overflow

Steps to Reproduce

1- Hop to Utah OOB instance 2- Install SOW to the latest version[ current 2.0.1] 3- Open any incident and update the Description field to have long URL and save 4- Open the same incident from point 3 in SOW workspace

Expected: Overview tab Incident Summary text in Service Operation Workspace (SOW) to wrap over Summary text box Actual: Overview tab Incident Summary text in Service Operation Workspace (SOW) to cascade over Summary text box

Workaround The issue will no longer exist from SOW 2.1 (major release). The workaround to fix this issue.

Step 1. Navigate to Component Builder and open the Incident Overview page. Step 2. Click on the Description Text component in the Body under the Content tree. Step 3. Click on Edit CSS. Step 4. Add the below styling and click on Apply. word-break: break-word; Step 5. Save the page.
