Hop into any Tokyo instance 2. Open any incident record and check the number of related lists present on the form 3. Navigate to the default view of the related list record for incident table from backend ( sys_ui_related.list )4. Create a new related list entry ( ex : task_sla.task ) and Save 5. Now reload the incident that was opened earlier6. The Related list is not reflected.WorkaroundThis is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.Related Problem: PRB1656428
