Creating a sys_ui_related_list_entry does not reflect on the form's related lists unless the config related list/ list control is updated. Description Creating a sys_ui_related_list_entry does not reflect on the form's related lists unless the config related list/ list control is updated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop into any Tokyo instance 2. Open any incident record and check the number of related lists present on the form 3. Navigate to the default view of the related list record for incident table from backend ( sys_ui_related.list ) 4. Create a new related list entry ( ex : task_sla.task ) and Save 5. Now reload the incident that was opened earlier 6. The Related list is not reflected.

Workaround This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.
