Cloud Insights - Troubleshoot GCP billing download issueSummaryThe following error occurred during the GCP Billing download execution: "Error occurred while executing extension GCPBillingDownloadOrchestrator." Cause: For a successful billing download, all the mid servers that display the capability as "ALL" or capability for a specific provider must be able to access the cloud provider. The selection of the mid server is random. If the selected mid server is configured with capability but does not have access to the cloud provider, a socket exception occurs and the billing download fails. Workaround: Follow either of the following steps: Add cloud provider access to the mid server. For multiple mid servers, remove the capability for the mid server that does not have provider access.ReleaseApplies to all the environments and all the providers.InstructionsSteps to reproduce: 1. Go to the Cloud API Requests(sn_cld_intg_core_api_request) table and check if any error contains {status_code":"","message":"java.net.SocketException: Connection reset"}. This error occurs if there is a connectivity issue from the MID server to the cloud provider. 2. Check the ECC queue to determine which mid server processed the billing request.
