The new Get Support page is designed to provide quick and easy solutions to your support queries, allowing you to get the help you need without waiting for assistance from support agents. With this update, the "Create a Case" button has been replaced with the "Get Support" button, which takes you to a new Get Support page that offers various self-service options. You can still create a case on Now Support by navigating to the Get Support page. The new Get Support page features an updated design, improved navigation, and a range of new resources to provide improved support and guidance.
