Steps to Reproduce

Scenario 1 :

1. "com.glide.platform_ml" Plugin activate/repair 2. Check after activate/repair and see that "glide.shared_service_scheduler.url" property has been updated with empty value

Scenario 2 :

1. Upgrade the instance 2. Check and see that "glide.shared_service_scheduler.url" property has been updated with empty value

Workaround Update the value of "glide.shared_service_scheduler.url" system property as "https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/" .
