Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any Tokyo instance and navigate to Catalog Builder 2. Step through the process of creating a catalog until you get to the insert a question step. 3. Select "display label" for the question type. 4. Select "Rich text" for Question subtype 5. Enter any text in the TinyMCE editor section of the question and try to change Font or Font sizes.

Actual Behavior: Dropdown will not expand.

Expected Behavior: Dropdown should expand.

Workaround This problem has been fixed in Utah version.
