Multi Select not working on 'Knowledge Field Facet' WidgetIssue The 'Knowledge Field Facet' Widget has been configured in the 'kb_search' Page. The Field Source is 'Category' and the Facet Template is 'Multi Select' However, the multi-select is not working even after the 'Show Category Hierarchy' checkbox is selected.ResolutionThis is expected behaviour, as outlined in our Product Docs - --> https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/task/config-search-results-filter-facets.htm "Show category hierarchy (valid for kb_category only) - If enabled, shows categories with their hierarchy list up to the fourth-level. When you enable this option, you can select only one category at a time." This means, even if the 'Multi Select' Facet Template is selected, if the 'Show category hierarchy (valid for kb_category only)' is selected, it reverts the Facet Template to a single select (even if 'Multi Select' is selected).
