Upgrading to Tokyo then some notifications are back to active Issue Actual behavior: When upgrading to Tokyo where the instance is with non Polaris UI("glide.ui.polaris.experience" as "false") then some below notifications are back to active.

Request was opened Request survey Request completed Request Rejected Request approved

Expected behavior: Even when upgrading to Tokyo where the instance is with non Polaris then above notifications should keep the same status before upgrading.

Release Tokyo

Cause During the upgrade, one of condition in one business rule for keeping the status of notification was to check whether "Polaris UI" is used or not, otherwise notification will be back to active.

Therefore, the file which include the logic will be removed in Utah.

Resolution - Utah will have the fix, so this issue does not occurs.
