Using user search metrics with Virtual Agent Dashboard- San Diego Not supportedWhen Virtual agent - Chatbot plugin is installed and Conversational Analytics app is installed in SD instance, User Search Metrics dashboard will be part of the Conversational Analytics dashboard as per the Documentation here Admins will not be able to see any data in this dashboard because the click events that generate these metrics are turned OFF by default in San Diego for performance reasons. The following 2 defects are fixed in Tokyo which addressed the performance concerns along with other optimizations. PRB1574350 PRB1564572 These are not trivial changes to be backported. Hence we cannot support User search metrics data in San Diego. The Below properties SHOULD NOT be turned on in San Diego and it will be enabled by default in Tokyo which will start populating the User search metrics Dashboard starting Tokyo. com.glide.cs.click_metrics.ai_search com.glide.cs.click_metrics.bot_output com.glide.cs.click_metrics.contextual_search
