UI inconsistency in password reset processSummaryWhen the customer uses the public page URL of the password reset process, the "pwd_reset" and "pwd_success" page shows up in the old version of the UI with white background and greenish header bar. The header bar is also inconsistent if the URL is opened in incognito mode or any browser without an active session of ServiceNow instance, in the header of the old UI arrows in the flow process are a bit misplaced. Another observation is in the same password reset process, the "pwd_new" and "pwd_verify" pages are showing up with the latest UI with blue background.
