Error when requesting approval for an exception to a Remediation Task or to mark a Remediation Task as false positive - Support and Troubleshooting

Error when requesting approval for an exception to a Remediation Task or to mark a Remediation Task as false positive Issue While attempting to request approval for a Remediation Task exception request, or approval to mark a Remediation Task as false positive, you are getting this error message: "There are no approvers configured to approve this request. Contact your system administrator."

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a Remediation Task

2. Click on either the UI Action button: "Request Exception" or "Mark as False Positive"

3. Fill in the required fields in the dialog.

4. Click on "Request Approval"

Cause There are no users assigned to the group: 'Exception Approver - Level 1'.

Resolution Assign the appropriate users to the group 'Exception Approver - Level 1':

1. Navigate to User Administration > Groups

2. Search on name: Exception Approver - Level 1

3. Click into the record and add a group member using the slushbucket
