Schedule is duplicated regarding a 'Does not repeat' schedule entryIssue from On-call Schedule, a duplicated schedule may happen. The steps to replication are as below. 1, Create a group template from sys_on_call_group_template.list. Then create a new On-Call Shift template. 2, Choose Schedule type as Schedule Template as in the screenshot below, then create a new Schedule template. 3, Create entries for the schedule template as below. The 'Do not repeat' is set as a past date. 4, Move to the on-call schedule and create a schedule with the template created above. 5, Choose any group and use the group template created above. 6, The duplicated schedule is found after saving the shift. 7, click 'Form' to check the schedule generated by the shift, then you can find the schedules which have the duplicated period. ReleaseObserved from Tokyo release.CauseThis is by design. Even though the schedule template specific the period of the 'Do not Repeat' schedule has a particular period, it is not a real time period. The time period in the template just clarifies the time period, which means, even though the shift creates the schedule 2 years after the end time, the schedule still is generated with the same time period. Even though the shift is assigned to a particular person, the duplicated schedule is still active. In this situation, once a call comes in, the processor only gets one notification. ResolutionDelete the 'Do not repeat' schedule entry if it really affects nothing.
