Steps to Reproduce

Create 1 catalog item from U16, with 2 variables, one is single text type, the other is attachment type https:// .service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsc_cat_item.do%3Fsys_id%3Da01feaecdb63b41009a8015dd39619c9

Open above catalog item from service portal https:// .service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=a01feaecdb63b41009a8015dd39619c9 Try to upload attachment and then click enter key from single text Expected behavior: Attachment should remain Actual behavior: (mov 02)Attachment in catalog item is removed.

Workaround This problem has been Fixed . If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
