You have an out of box workflow if not revert it. 2. Check if the Task was created on the 3. In the Request there is a task that opens a form and it should have the Souring button UI Action Items will need to be sourced. Make sure there is items available. If not available go to stock room and move available stock until you have as many as needed so you can source. 4. Source it. If you are missing any of this then the sourcing checkbox will not be set.
