Custom Configurable Workspace Landing Page Dashboard is not accessible for all usersIssue Users reported that Shared Dashboards in Custom Configurable Workspace is not available to be viewed, and is only available to be accessed by Admin/Application Admin Users.ReleaseAll available versions.CauseMost Probable Cause:Upon extensive investigation and assistance from the expertise of the Development Team, the sys_scope record in which the dashboard is contained within has the "Application administration" checkbox set to true (CHECKED), which is preventing the users in different scope who have received sharing from seeing the dashboard. In the event that the "Application administration" checkbox is set to true (checked) within the Custom Application Scope (e.g. ACME Custom), the System can prevent Users who have received sharing of the Dashboards from viewing/accessing due to restrictions for protecting application data.ResolutionFor security requirements where the "Application administration" checkbox needs to be set to true (checked) due to sensitive data handling, then the best resolution is to create the required dashboard in the Global scope which could then be shared with the required users. Otherwise, another option is to have the "Application administration" checkbox set to false (unchecked) in the relevant sys_scope record which should allow for users to view the dashboards in which they have received sharing permission.
