'System' is retiring Knowledge ArticlesIssue 'System' is retiring Knowledge Articles.ResolutionThe Knowledge Articles that were retired has a 'Valid To' date that has already passed. Customer then has a custom Workflow setup that moved Knowledge Articles that have passed the 'Valid To' date to a 'Pending Retirement' State and another Workflow that moved Knowledge Articles that were in a 'Pending Retirement' State to a 'Retired' State. Customer needed to review their setup for Knowledge Articles not to be retired by system.
