Due Date is getting cleared on Request ItemIssue Due Date Field on the RITM is getting cleared up once the request is submitted and when RITM is created.CauseThere is a Custom business rule on sc_request table which is gliding the request item(RITM) table in the Actions Section of Business rule they have added condition to clear the Due date value once the sc_request is approved.ResolutionAfter deactivating the custom business rule the issue has been resolved.
