Steps to Reproduce

Install a MID Server in Windows machine by the step below. Manually install a MID Server on Windows Run a Windows MID Server as a non-admin after manual installation in the following docs page: Install a MID Server on Windows Click "Restart MID" in the MID Server form. You can see "Restart MID" is unable to work and find the above "access is denied" errors in wrapper.log. Actual : MID is failing to restart Expected : MID should get started successfully

Workaround This problem has been Fixed . If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
