Uploading your application to the Store Publisher PortalSummaryServiceNow Build Partner Program participants can publish a scoped application to the ServiceNow Store by following this general process: Develop and test your app on your Build Partner vendor instance in the Store Publisher Portal. Upload the app from your vendor instance, which uploads it to the ServiceNow Store to be certified. Market and price your app. Create the listing information, including any marketing collateral to attract customers. Request certification for your app. Once it's been certified, publish your app. Once you have developed and tested your app (step 1), here’s how you can upload your app to the ServiceNow Store to be certified (step 2) 1. From within your Vendor instance (venXXXXX.service-now.com) navigate to your application record. 1.1. System Applications > My Company Applications 1.2. Select your Application Name 1.3. Click on Application Name to Open the Application record 2. Ensure that your application is selected in your application picker - if it's not you see the follow (make sure to change to your desired app): 3. Upload a copy of your application to the store by selecting Publish to ServiceNow Store: 3.1 Click Publish to ServiceNow Store 3.2. Fill in the incremented version, Dev Notes, login credentials and click on submit 4. Now your application exists in the ServiceNow application repository, and you can begin the Certification submission process. To begin that process, login to the Store Publisher Portal: http://tpp.servicenow.com. 5. In the Store Publisher Portal, navigate to the Certify Page. 5.1 Find your application and click the application name: 6. There are separate metadata/detail forms for the App Review and Listing Review. 7. On the App Review page, complete the certification submission form, upload all required documentation, and click Submit for App Review: Note: Templates for the required Test Plan, Design Document and Installation Guide documentation can be found on the Certification requirements and criteria KB article.In case if you haven't run the Self-Test tool at least once on the version you are trying to submit, please click on "Validate Application" button on app record in Vendor instance. On the Listing Review Page, complete the certification submission form, upload all required documentation, and click Submit for Listing Review: Note: Ensure your content complies with the App Store Optimization Guide, available from the Partner Resource Center. Your app is now in the certification queue, and you will be notified as soon as there is an update with your submission.
