Task sla record (task_sla) removed from incident.Issue This SLA (service level agreement) definition enables you to use an SLA system for your organization's task.The issue is when an update is done on incident record then task sla record got removed from incident. Steps to reproduce:1.Open the incident record where task sla record is present in related list.2.Now update the worknotes with any value.3.Check the task sla record where it got removed and worknotes shows the below comment.Task SLA (name) removed from 'task' table.CauseThe task sla definition is changed after the task sla record is created.The condition class on sla is changed to custom sla condition base.In the custom class code i.e script include the "_conditionMatches" function is used but there is no logic written.ResolutionTo resolve the issue please do revert the condition class to below OOB script include which is attached to OOB (Out of Box) class.https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/sys_script_include.do?sys_id=6cbf4dca7f000001763341f65c6ff1cd&sysparm_view=
